Located in a residential area, with a green park and Art Nouveau buildings where at no. 1 lived the writer James Joyce. Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

This modern apartment includes a full (eat-in) kitchen, a combined bedroom and living area with a comfortable pull-out couch, and a recently updated bathroom. Apartment is located on the first floor and situated in the historical city center. It's ideal for couples especially if they are arriving by bus because it is one minute walk from the central bus station. Apartment is very well equipped. Dishwasher and washer-dryer are located in the kitchen and TV in the air conditioned living room.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest.
