This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

You have clear sea views from both bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room There is a private balcony leading from both bedrooms and also from the sitting/dinning room. All balconies have seating to allow you to relax and read a book or have your morning cuppa. Whichever way you walk you will find tasty restaurants and cute coffee bars within minutes. Available on the beach-sup lessons, photography & yoga.

Nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside lies 'Hazy Fields'. A rustic shepherds hut with private hot tub for two, located next to our wildlife enriched pond, and surrounding fields. This really is a place to relax, soak up the relaxed atmosphere, gaze up at the stars and enjoy that well deserved break away. Situated between the medieval town of Sandwich and seaside coast of Deal within a 10 minute drive each way. Canterbury just 20 minutes further, there is plenty to see whilst away.

The Lodge - Lower Barn Farm, Junction Road, Bodiam

The Lodge at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted barn designed with recycled materials sourced from the farm, which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.
