In the pretty hamlet of Freefolk you will find a charming secluded Shepherds hut set in 12 acres, and includes a hot tub & pizza oven, WiFi, gas hob, king size bed, sofa, dining table, toilet, shower, fridge freezer, stove, solar electricity and fire pit - it has everything you need. It overlooks our horses, sheep & chickens. A short walk will take you to the award winning Watership Down Inn & Bombay Sapphire distillery. The surrounding area boasts beautiful walks. Outdoors is the Wild Cherry Barn with chiminea fireplace and a saloon seating area with pizza oven and campfire with BBQ grill. The Wagon in the Woods is a bespoke, self-contained little place in the country with a private woodland, ideal for those wanting a tranquil and restful getaway.

It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Beautiful, large Shepherd's Hut (20' x 12') in your own peaceful, private space between the garden & the fields - perfect to explore the New Forest. Bring your walking shoes, bikes & horses. Beautiful place for artists, yoga and meditation. There's a stream for you to go and sit by and you can often see deer in the fields next to you. Sit by the firepit and listen to the owls. More ponies, cattle, donkeys wander down the lane past the house than cars. An idyllic escape.

River Rose Retreat Shepherds Hut, view and hot tub

River Rose Retreat is a cute and cosy shepherds hut, located along side the stunning river Hamble, in the quaint village of Botley. The Shepherds Hut, which is within walking distance from Botley village and train station, has it's own garden with hot tub, seating area and fire pit, surrounded by trees whilst gazing out on to the river. Although we adore dogs ourselves, unfortunately no dogs are allowed.
