The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.
