Holiday cottage in Devon

The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The Harepath Granary

A grade 2 listed 5-star converted granary. Bright and airy, with upstairs sitting room and kitchenette, with feature oak beams. Views of the historic courtyard and the Axe River valley. Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

Unique and comfortable yurt (sleeps 5+), large terrace, stunning views - also you could check out Kingfisher yurt (bigger kitchen) by the swimming pond. 2 Holiday caravans at Colcombe Abbey Farm, Colyton, Devon

Colcombe Abbey Farm is a family run working dairy farm located on the edge of Colyton. We have 100 Friesian cows which are milked by robotic milking machine. You are welcome to view the cows being milked . Also, we have baby calves which have to be bottle fed morning and afternoon. There are baby turkeys, a few chickens, guinea fowl, Mr Grumpy the goose, and our 4 lovely horses. We also have 1 springer spaniel and a terrier which are very friendly. EACH CARAVAN IS PRICED INDIVIDUALLY

This large, warm and cosy caravan is in an idyllic spot , a short 10 minute walk from Colyton. A 5 minute drive to Seaton and 15 minute drive to the stunning coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Sidmouth . Colyton (Devon's most rebellious town) in AONB boasts some lovely places to eat and the tramway is only a short walk away. River Cottage is also a 10 minute drive from Colyton, near Axminster. We live on a working dairy farm, we have wonderful views of the Umbourne Valley.

Heather Hideaway - Self-contained.

Heather Hideaway is a cosy annexe. It’s completely self-contained, with its own private entrance. No shared spaces. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a convenience store 200m away. Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approximately 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, with easy access to the Southwest coast path.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This family friendly self contained annex has everything you need for your holiday in East Devon. Colyton is just 3 miles from the sea & the beautiful Jurassic coast. Private garden with large decked patio to enjoy. Just 15 mins drive from beautiful Lyme Regis & Sidmouth and an ideal base for walking. Seaton's famous electric tramway is minutes away. Exeter cathedral is 25 miles away. Lovely quiet area.

'The Old Forge' Holiday Cottage near Lyme Regis

The Cottage was converted in 2020, the original building is a Victorian Smithy. The property has the charm of an old cottage but is modern, stylish and light and airy. It is detached and so private, with two gardens and a meadow, a stream runs through the gardens. It is delightful to spend time at the Old Forge. There is an area to barbecue or have a fire outside. For bookings during summer holidays there is a 'one week' minimum stay.
