Relax in your own modern private house with a garden set in the heart of the Cotswolds. A perfect escape for the couple looking to get away for a weekend, or longer. Stow-on-the-wold is the highest of the Cotswold towns. With a picturesque historic square full of local independent shops and a number of pubs a quick stroll away. Only 4 miles from Daylesford Farm-shop, Bourton-on-the-water, Batsford Arboretum, or a relaxing drive over the scenic hills to other attractions within the Cotswolds.

Beautiful Cotswold Cottage with stunning views

I have recently renovated my beautiful Cotswold cottage, taking inspiration from rustic French farmhouses and Moroccan riads, and filling it with eclectic old pieces of furniture and art I have picked up on my travels. I grew up in the village and now live half the time there and half the time in London, so I can give lots of tips for places to visit, eat and explore. The cottage can sleep up to 6 people, and is managed by my friend Kate from Stay Country who will liaise with you if you book.

The cottage offers open plan living on the ground floor with two bedrooms with their own ensuites on the first floor.

Cotswold cottage in Kingham

Slow down and recharge at The Old Smithy. Built about 600 years ago, this Cotswold stone blacksmiths forge has been transformed into a cosy retreat for two. Kingham is a highly sought after village in the heart of the Cotswolds. With a wealth of brilliant pubs and wonderful countryside walks on our doorstep, you can bring your dog along to enjoy too. With parking for two cars and a warm welcome for well-behaved dogs, it's the perfect base for scenic walks and discovering the stunning Cotswold hills. Smoking and vaping, is not permitted indoors.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape.
