A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults (+ 1 baby under 1 year old OR one fur-baby. Not suitable for toddlers). Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. NB. The annex has its own entrance and features stone mullion windows and exposed stone wall. Facilities include wireless internet access, walk in shower and stand alone bath, super king bed, Smart TV with Netflix, well-equipped kitchen, bi-fold doors onto your own patio part of the larger cottage garden, under floor heating.

Idyllic rural location in Sheepscombe village

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Enjoy our lovely ground floor studio-style room with plenty of space & a little private patio. Kitchenette, shower room with large, powerful shower, comfy bed, Wi-Fi & quirky vintage decor. Easy access via private entrance & parking. We provide a breakfast pack - milk, bread, juice, butter, jam, tea & ground coffee in the 1940’s cabinet stocked with kettle, microwave, fridge & toaster. Great for exploring the area by foot, cycle or car. Lots of local info from friendly hosts if needed.

We live in a lovely old cottage in the heart of Eastleach a quintessential Cotswold village. There are beautiful footpaths and cycle routes from the front door and a superb pub, The Victoria Inn a 3 min walk away. Most, if not all the Cotswolds most sough after pubs restaurants, and tourist attractions are very close by. Inc Bibury, Burford, Broadway, Bourton on the Water, Lechlade and Cirencester. We are perfectly located if you are attending a wedding at Cripps, Stone or Oxleaze Barn.

Close to Bath Road, bus stops, hospital and train station. Separate entrance with key safe entry. Small new kitchen area with hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. Lounge area has large comfy sofa and TV. Views into a large garden with own seating on the decking. Comfy bed, own bathroom with shower. Off road free parking.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

The apartment is close to the Cotswold Farm Park, located in the grounds of a 48 acre livery business, the apartment has fantastic views across the lawns, to the horses in the paddocks and beyond. This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is decorated to give it a Cotswold farmhouse feel, it has it's own entrance, with off street parking.

A variety of teas/coffees/milk in the fridge, cereals and instant porridge also available. Close to the village, a brisk 10 minute walk and ample walking routes right from the front door.
