The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
