Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. This is a romantic, bright apartment located in the city center of Cres. The building itself is 500 years old, made of stone and wood but the apartment was just refurbished in a very classy style. The apartment is on the second floor and consist of two rooms, of well equipped kitchen with dining area and of bedroom with king size bed and modern in room bathroom. There are two other apartments in the building, one of them being my home, so I will be at your service if needed.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
