Orchard cottage. A rural delight close to the sea

Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and nature lovers. Of road parking, A secure back garden safe for well behaved dogs. Safe storage for bikes, kayaks.

The Dawlish Hideaway

Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

Parking in the drive for up to 3 cars. 5 mins walk to the beach, the famous Brunel railway, the beautiful central lawn with its stream and iconic black swans. 5 mins walk to public transport, pubs, eateries and much more.

Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children
