An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Our newly created bijou apartment is ideal for two people, although there's a sofabed should you wish to have two children staying too. We're a five minute walk to Dawlish town centre, the nearest beach and railway station. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater. The bed is a standard double with storage. The accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There are 12 steps down to the unit. Well behaved dogs are welcome. On-street parking.

With its own private entrance, parking and garden the cabin is situated over a brook with enclosed decking area and wood fired hot tub. Open plan studio accommodation comprises of a king sized bed, sitting area, shower room, kitchen with 2 burner hob, microwave, coffee machine and larder fridge (no freezer). Use of dressing gowns and hot tub towels are also included.
