Located in the heart of Deià, this traditional Mallorca house was originally used as a school. Complete renovation was finished at the end of 2011 and our aim was to update the facilities but retain the original character. The house has wooden beams and terracotta floors throughout and the original well is still a feature in the kitchen. 4 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms . The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed
