Cecile's View

Cecile's View is een stijlvolle, volledig ingerichte studio voor 2 personen. De studio bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping van ons huis, gelegen is een rustige straat. Het huis ligt 5 min van de E17, 5 min van het centrum van Waregem en aan de rand van de Vlaamse Ardennen. De studio en ons huis hebben een gedeelde ingang. Je loopt even door onze woonkamer en via de trap kom je in de studio waar alle faciliteiten beschikbaar zijn. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in de ruime, natuurlijke tuin.

Cozy Studio "the loft"

Stay in the recently renovated attic, equipped with a private kitchen and bathroom. This private studio, located on the top floor of the house where I live and work, is exclusively for you. Close to a P+R with numerous public transport options to the city (10 min) or on foot (40 min). The location is just outside the city center, perfect for those who want to visit the city and then relax and sleep in a quiet suburb. Free street parking and 3 bikes are for available rent (inform in advance).

Woning in een rustige straat, tegenover een gezellig park. Het historische centrum van Gent is makkelijk te bereiken met de tram of de fiets. Zelfs te voet is het maximum een half uur stappen. De snelwegen om vlot Antwerpen, Brussel, Brugge of de kust te bezoeken liggen vlakbij. De woning beschikt over alle comfort en is ook kindvriendelijk. Bij de woning horen 2 kippen die graag dagelijks eten krijgen. De eitjes krijg je bij het verblijf!

Onze studio, net buiten Gent, biedt gratis parkeren en gemakkelijke toegang tot het centrum via bus of fiets. Bushalte en fietsen zijn beschikbaar net naast de deur. Gent bereik je binnen het kwartiertje met de fiets. Een gezellig restaurant in een kasteel, een ontbijtplek en een supermarkt liggen op wandelafstand. Het treinstation is dichtbij, waardoor Antwerpen, Brussel en Brugge binnen een uur bereikbaar zijn.

Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the station of Ghent. The historical Center can easily be reached on foot or by bus (10- minutes). The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.
