Romantic Lake Dillon Condominium with Bike Trail Access

One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. Penthouse Privacy-Stunning Lakefront Views NO PETS

Our top level condo, right on the shore of Lake Dillon, is so special because of it's stunning vistas across the lake to the 13,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre is a 2 min. walk. Top floor, very quiet. There are 5 major ski resorts within a 30 min. drive-every other outdoor mountain activity is also available. The bike path is in front and the marina, shops and eateries are a short walk. Booking guest must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PROPERTY.
