No need for a car, this spacious retreat is only a five-minute walk from the town center and the iconic river Dart with its walks to Sharpham and Dartington estates.

The traditional Orchard to the South, planted by us twenty-four years ago, boasts vintage cider apples, delicious cookers and eaters plus mulberry, plums, perry pears, medlar and quince. Perfect for short getaways; a small, cosy, stylish, self contained annex which is part of a family home. The listed cottage is set in the AONB village of Avonwick; on the edge of the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmoor and the South coast The Annex has it's own entrance, little galley, desk area, double bedroom and little en-suite shower room. Living in the main house are a sociable, young family of three and a dog! We can organise a cot for 0-2 year olds
