Welcome to our cozy, spacious condo centrally located in Golden that combines modern living with amazing outdoor opportunities! No car, no problem! From the condo you can walk to DT Golden to enjoy amazing restaurants, breweries and shopping or tour the famous Coors Brewery which is only a 5 min walk away! For outdoor enthusiasts, incredible trailheads and tubing down Clear Creek is very close. It is also centrally located for the School of Mines and a 10 minute drive to the iconic Red Rocks!

This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. The skyscraper views overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park, the 16 head steam shower, the smart toilet combine to give you Unmatched luxury.
