Casa Molá

This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

House61 in the quiet and Mediterranean fishing village of SvetaMarina was built in 2017 and offers you the most modern amenities for a relaxing holiday directly on the Istrian coast. The apartment offers a view of the open sea, the village and the beach. Apartment size approx. 100 sqm, spacious 2 bedrooms, each with an adjoining bathroom, a large living/dining area with a spacious kitchen. Covered terrace, access to the garden, parking in front of the house, wall box can be booked optionally

Apartment is situated in Villa Bella Vista. 45 m2,fully equipped,free WiFi,free aircondition...One bedroom with double bed (for 2 people) and living room with one sofa (extra bed for 1 person) with smart TV. Big terrace with barbecue. One bathroom. Swimming pool is open from 8am until 8pm (4 apartments use the pool as well).
