A purposely developed 1 double bed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and the Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe braches are only a short distance away. The studio provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Our neighbours are important to us, so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. After relaxing with your breakfast on the patio listening to the amazing bird song, you can can access bridleways, walk or mountain bike directly from the site. Return after your adventures to enjoy the peace and tranquility and as it gets dark, enjoy the skies in this dark skies reserve.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.
