There is a dog friendly beach at the bottom of the road and a dog friendly pub at the top! There is space for up to 4 guests plus up to 2 four-legged friends. There are plenty of walks close by, we are right by the beach and on the South West Coast Path. This charming property, nestled by the picturesque Brixham Harbour and a dog friendly park, we offer a perfect blend of coastal tranquillity and vibrant town life. With views of the marina, guests can unwind in the sunny courtyard or stroll to the nearby Furzeham Green for a leisurely afternoon. Penrose is on 2 floors with easy access for drop off luggage and then parking close by. We promise it will be a delightful stay.

Apartment 2 is a spacious and light first floor apartment with a large lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, with a separate bathroom and en-suite. There is ample space to socialise and the window seat has gorgeous views across Torquay. The second bedroom has a SuperKing bed which can be split in to a twin bed, so perfect for 2 couples or a family. Dog friendly. Please note from mid-July til end of August we have a minimum stay of 3 days.
