The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

Two bed Cottage - Topsham

This two-bed cottage is spacious, peaceful and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Topsham. It is a stone's throw from the boutique shops on the highstreet as well as the pubs and restaurants on the water. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with an additional sofa bed downstairs so could sleep up to 6 adults. Please request the use of the sofa bed and linen can be provided at extra cost
