On the interior space of 50 m2 there are 2 bedrooms, (Sat TV is available in two rooms, air conditioning, WI-FI), bathroom with shower, kitchen fully equipped with all appliances and dining room. The outdoor terrace, located in the rich green of the garden, provides the desired shade during the summer months and provides maximum comfort. Private parking.

Apartman je renoviran 2026. godine kako bi gostima pružio još ugodniji boravak.

Zur Verfügung stehen Ihnen drei Schlafzimmern inklusive Bettwäsche, zwei mit Doppelbett und eins davon mit Bad und ein mit zwei Einzelbetten. Insgesamt sind es zwei Bäder inklusive Handtücher, Bad eins mit Massage-Badewanne und je mit Dusche. Hochstuhl und Reisebett stellen wir gerne zur Verfügung, natürlich kostenlos.

Located just next to the Arena with the only representative balcony overlooking the Arena and the performances and concerts inside it, this stunning luxury residence also has a full sea view with beautiful sunsets over the whole Pula bay. Enjoy the view of the Arena while sipping a glass of champagne on the balcony or from the windows watching the concerts, operas and other events inside the Arena. All rooms provide either a magnificent view of the Arena or full sea view.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
