It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. The terrace is for your private use and overlooks a shared garden area. (Not suitable for guests with mobility problems)

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heated pool and sauna in the pool house, beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and romantic outdoor bath.

Sunnyside at Waterhouse Farm is a spacious farmhouse on our working farm in West Dorset, surrounded by fields and woodland. The house has a fenced garden and easy access to miles of local footpaths. Upstairs are two large ensuite bedrooms: one with a king bed, the other with either three singles or a double and single. Downstairs features a cosy sitting room with wood burner, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus a utility room with cloakroom.

This post card street cottage is nestled in the sought after coastal village of Charmouth. Refurbished from top to toe the interiors are a blend of country & coastal with earthy tones, light pinks & chic greens. Relaxation is at the heart of this one bedroom luxury cottage which boasts dual velvet sofas, wood burner, plush super king bedroom with views over the village & countryside. We are in love the little study & ornate window shutters throughout.

Peaceful cottage in Uplyme with far reaching views

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.

Cosy up for a winter break in a beautifully converted old army truck with stunning views of Lyme Bay. In the winter months you have the whole field to yourselves, so it’s perfect for a romantic getaway. There are beautiful walks in the woods up behind my holding and a lovely riverside walk to the beach, which is perfect now the holiday crowds have gone. The truck is well insulated and has a wood burning stove.

Self-contained clifftop studio near Charmouth

Deep in the countryside, this is a simple, self-contained, very quiet, converted small stone barn east of Charmouth. It's an ideal retreat, or a base for a walking holiday or for a few days pause on a longer walk. Double bed, shower room, full kitchen/sitting area with a wood burning stove and a wild walk down the cliffs to the beach & acres all around to roam.
