Located in Sandgate (2 minutes from the beach) and just 55 minutes from London, this is a perfect retreat with its own entrances - front and back, a private gated patio garden to the front and off-road parking for a medium-sized car. 1 small-breed dog (max 10kg) allowed with prior notice. No puppies under 12 months old. Fees apply. No other type of pets/animals accepted.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Loft at Dungeness Kent

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil 1st floor flat. The Loft has access via a steep stair case with a private entrance & a designated parking bay. The Loft is close to Britians oldest RSPB reserve, a short walk to the sea & to Dungeness famous pub "The Pilot" serving fish & chips with a bar. Also a short walk to the RNLI Dungeness Lifeboat & a 20minute walk to the lighthouse and the RHDR narrow gauge railway station. This is a no smoking or vaping flat & no pets.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. The View Sandgate Beach

This is a home from home but with a hotel feel experience, with exquisite views of the ocean out of the windows, its a really special place for a couple of nights or more away from home taking in the sea views. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
