Charming Istrian stone house, restored with love to allow you to enjoy the Istrian heritage in a contemporary and cozy way. The Villa is located in a small village of Kurili, 10 min drive from Rovinj, the most beautiful town and the champion of tourism in Croatia. Villa offers you everything you need for an ideal vacation, even the fully equipped outdoor kitchen which allows you to stay outside all the day, and alluring pool and jacuzzi for your complete pleasure and relaxation.

Villa Domenica Medelina 5 pool, jacuzzi, sauna

Villa Domenica Medellin 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch). Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Honey house Jural

Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Villa Laura in Funtana Porec

This beautiful villa, just 400m walking distance from the sea, offers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for ultimate comfort. With electric curtains, underfloor heating, and 6 AC units throughout, the villa ensures a perfect climate year-round. Guests have access to a stunning shared heated saltwater pool, ideal for relaxing. Villa Costa

Villa Costa for 4 persons consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom. NOTE: There are also 2 separate holiday apartments in the building, which have separate, completely independent entrances. The 2 holiday apartments do not use the pool and garden of Villa Costa and are rented separately.
