Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen sa ležaljkama kao i dvije terase. Ispred kuće nalazi se parking za više vozila. Kuća se nalazi u naseljenom mjestu te nisu dozvoljene zabave, potrebno je pridržavati se kućnog reda ( nije dozvoljeno glasno puštanje glazbe kao i glasno pričanje i vikanje).
