Welcome to our hip studio apartment located on the first floor of our beach bungalow in beautiful Long Beach by the sea. In just a few steps to the ocean, you can enjoy complimentary beach passes (required from Memorial Day to Labor Day). The studio has a private entrance. It is equipped with a Queen-sized bed, couch and smart TV (with Netflix), kitchen, bathroom, and dining table. The neighborhood is residential. Close to restaurants, grocery store and boardwalk! Off street parking available.

Welcome to the Almost Heaven II apartment, your retreat by the sea! The apartment is situated just 2 blocks from the Long Island Rail Road, 4 blocks from the beach, and is located on the upper floor of a historic 1920s Mediterranean style home. During beach season, two beach passes are provided to guests to enjoy Long Beach. Swim, surf, or just enjoy 2.2 miles of boardwalk. Walk to Starbucks, Stop & Shop, dozens of restaurants and bars, a Saturday farmer's market, and much more.

Our place is the perfect getaway for 2 guests. The beautiful beachy space is close to the famous Rockaway Boardwalk! You’ll feel both at home & at peace here. Dining, nightlife, shopping, event spots (Jade & BHYC) just down the block. NYC Ferry is minutes away, free shuttle dropoff down the block. Parties/unregistered guests will be asked to leave & reported to AirBnB. Host is present during guests stay. Please note, no animals (including service/emo support) are permitted.

Unwind in a cozy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home (2 bedrooms available, 1 private) with a backyard in serene Island Park. Steps to Shell Creek Park’s harbor and promenade for strolling, with tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground. 2 miles to Long Beach boardwalk, beaches, surfing, and restaurants. Short walk to shops, 24-hr convenience store, dining, Long Island Railroad train station (arriving in Grand Central or Penn Station in 45 min; JFK/LaGuardia access).

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

cozy get away

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

Private space 13 min away from JFK airport, 5 minutes from air train, 20 minutes from LaGuardia Airport, 10 minutes from Jamaica Hospital and 15 minutes from other surrounding hospitals. 25 minutes from manhattan, 5 blocks away from Merrick Blvd where you can find supermarkets, frequent public transportation, restaurants, laundromats, hair salons, barber shops, delis and not to mention a buzzing night life.

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
