It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. There is a family with children living within the house, however everything is separated, self check in so there is no contact. No parties, no smoking, no more than 2 persons There are some parts of the apartment with low ceiling that may be uncomfortable for tall people. The stairs leading to the second floor are a bit narrow and a bit steep; can be a challenge for some.

This guest suite has one main bedroom with queen bed + a separate alcove with a bed that becomes two single beds. It is conveniently located one block from the LIRR train station. The beach and boardwalk are four blocks by foot and behind our street are dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocers and pharmacies. We are available when you'd like, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Oceanside Harbor is located within driving minutes from Lido Beach, Nickerson Beach park and Ocean Beach park. Walking distance to Long Island Railroad. Be in NYC under 40minutes. Enjoy a nice sunny walk on the Long Beach board walk. Treat yourself at Peter’s Clam Bar, Dox and Jordan Lobster Farms. Explore the area while you shop, dine and enjoy your memorable time.
