The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

The Garden Studio is a Detached purpose built contemporary CABIN tucked away in our garden (we can't see you) within about 15 mins level riverside walk through a park to shops, esplanade and the sea. Private deck and lawn space, which is a mass of bluebells and daffodils in the spring. Lovely bed Linen and superb white towels by Dusk. Lovely rural walks within 2/300 yards. AIR CONDITIONING, double glazed, and oak flooring. A convenient CABIN and ideal 'reading' retreat. Smart 40-inch HD TV.

The Bothy @ Turnpike Cottage

Contemporary barn accommodation, ideally located giving easy access to both Sidmouth and Lyme Regis on the A3052. Stunning views and within 2 minutes walk of the world renowned Donkey Sanctuary and 20 minutes walk to the SW Coastal Path. Very close to bus stops and only minutes away from Sidmouth. The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! There's an extra put you up single bed available if you need it. Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

Converted Coach House with views over River Otter.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Shells, double-bed apartment just off seafront

“Shells” is a well-presented self-catering holiday apartment, tastefully decorated and ideally situated just off the seafront, a minute’s easy walk to the sea and to the town centre. The apartment offers an airy lounge, a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, shower room and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. Please see "other details" regarding the car parking permit at Manor Road. THE LIFT IS CURRENTLY NOT WORKING TO THE 1ST FLOOR WHERE THE FLAT IS - JUST STAIRS

Here is our bright and modern double guest suite, accessed down a private path to your patio with table for two. A willow screen for privacy amongst our garden. Socialise if you wish or stay and hunker down. Help yourself to Home made granola, berries, and juice from the fridge. Organic tea and coffee. A 20 minute walk from the beach along a tranquil riverside foot and cycle path, through the beautiful Byes parkland. There is on street parking directly out front.

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
