You will love staying in this adorable beach house! Our house is new to the rental market (1st rental was in June 2020). It is completely redecorated. Enjoy the decks: one in the front of the house where you can watch the boats go by, and the other one in the back of the house overlooking the backyard where you will find a breakfast table with a view of the river as well. You are a block from the beach, the supermarket, and the street filled with shops and restaurants. It's the perfect location!

SeaScape Studio- Walk to ferry, beach, and town !

A light an airy ground level studio apartment with a view of the bay and ocean and koi pond. Equipped with a full bathroom, queen bed, and a pull-out sofa bed (please note this is a futon and not very comfortable). There is WiFi, a mini frig, coffee maker, and a TV with streaming abilities. There is a stone patio and a koi pond overlooking the town and water. Bay beaches are down the block, Sandy Hook is approximately a mile away. This property is not suitable for children or pets.

NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.

The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
