This bright home with Caribbean vibes welcomes guests with canal access on property and 2-minute walk to the beach. Private dock for fishing, swimming and crabbing or bring your boat for quick access to the ICW. Greet the new day with coffee at sunrise on the front porch & end the day with cocktails on the screen porch or on the dock. We provide our guests: a full kitchen, fresh linens & towels, kitchen & bath starter kits, internet access, smart TVs, beach cart, toys, boogie & skim boards.

Ideal for friends or small families, this colorful home is centrally located on the island — midway between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whether you’re here to relax on the beach, explore the waterways, or enjoy quality family time, this is the perfect base for your vacation. The public beach access is just minutes away! It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

A Beach Getaway at Holden

This is just what you are looking for. An affordable place to relax. Holden is a quiet, friendly, family oriented beach. Our home is located on the third row with no one in front of you. From the new back porch, we are steps to the beach. We are a short walk or bike ride to a public park, restaurants & ice cream. ATTENTION RENTERS! The public beach access closest to us is closed. You will have to use the beach access to the left, about 200 steps. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old

A Southern Exposure: Beach Front and Lovin' it!

The front porch says it all! Sweeping views of one of NC's best beaches, with all the amenities of home and more. It's a kick your shoes off at the front door and pick them up 7 days later kind of cottage. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can bring the whole family, or group of friends and have plenty of room to socialize and retreat. Linens are included, and the beds are made! Just bring your sunscreen and towel and a laid back attitude to enjoy all that Holden Beach has to offer.

Dixie's Cottage- Apartment on the ICW Water Access

This apartment has its own private back porch to enjoy breezes coming off of the Intracoastal Waterway. Bring your kayak/paddle board to enjoy the ICW. Holden Beach, grocery & dining are 3 miles away. No Smoking on the Premises. No loud music, no visitors and no partying. Guests may use the dock & pier (at your own risk) Guests can watch the activity on the water and Jet skis are for rent nearby. ** No WiFi, No Children, No Pets. This is our home and we hope you enjoy Dixie's Cottage !!!

Your family will be steps away from the beach when you stay at our "Endless Summer" Beach Condo. Our condo is located only 1 mile from the bridge and local amenities. Beach access is directly across the street. Enjoy the private pool, shared with only seven other condo units. The pool tentatively opens May 5 in 2025 and closes October 1 2025. Relax on the deck and enjoy the ocean views! We can't wait to host you and help your family create lasting memories just as we have with our own!
