Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! We look forward to providing you a 5 star experience! Our Cottage is a freestanding guest house perfect for couples. The old farm's corn crib, renovated keeping the original interior wood beams intact. The loft bedroom (not child proof) is accessible by a very manageable set of steps. A KING SIZE Bed Guarantees a great nights sleep! Kitchenette, electric fireplace, bbq, firepit, covered patio, smart tv and 2 bikes available to reserve. This one bedroom studio is located in Princeton downtown area , you have your own entrance. Please note that there is no kitchen in the unit. The sofa chair bed can only fit small size people. 20 minutes walking to the University, 10 minutes walking to high school and middle school, 10 minutes walking to the shopping center. Close to fine dining, shopping, entertainment, theaters, museums, closeto popular spots such as Jay's Bikes, Small World Coffee, Hoagie Haven, and Blue Point Grill.

Built in 1836, welcome to our river home. Step right into the sun filled living room with wood floors, wood beam ceiling and a wood fireplace. As you make your way through the first level, you will find a mudroom with exterior access and an adjoining half bathroom, a dinning room and a kitchen with access to the outdoor deck and large fenced back yard. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and one extra room, along with a bathroom. The rooms are surrounded with both garden and river views.

This spacious "studio" apt has 12 foot ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, & kitchenette w/eating area. Plenty of space to rest, relax, read, eat, work, or just take in the scenery.

In famously friendly Hopewell Borough, walk to beloved restaurants, shops, land preserves, and Sourland hiking. Drive 7 miles to Princeton and its trains to Philly & NYC. Drive 10 miles to Lambertville, 11 to New Hope. Owner-host lives in building. LGBTQ friendly? Indubitably.

The guest room is light and airy with a private entrance off the back deck. The bathroom is connected to the room and is completely private. The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
