Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)

The Dairy - Spacious & Stylish with Tennis Court

The Dairy is a lovingly converted barn set in a gorgeous courtyard setting. We have kept the original beams and furnished with antiques sourced at local auction houses. It is a roomy conversion and can also be rented as a 4 bed. The very comfortable king size bed has an ensuite shower, with power and rainfall shower. There is plenty of outside space and a gas BBQ for your use. There are also bicycles and an all weather tennis courts guest can use, please ask.
