Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Uživajte u Domu daleko od doma, čistom i udobnom. Plaže Ičići i Ika udaljene 800 m, kao i trgovine i restorani, povratak uzbrdo - Pogled! Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
