HSR22-000970 Most important to us is cleanliness. Bathed in sun all day, the apt. is on the second story of our home. Located a 2 MINUTE walk from the Abbot Kinney shopping and dining district, a 10-minute walk to the sand and surf. Parking Spot included. The apartment has a full kitchen and all the amenities needed for a pleasant and cozy visit. Our home is a secured building for guest security.

Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. Full kitchen, dining area and living room are downstairs. Laundry room is downstairs. You can park in our drive way in front of double door garage. Modern Culver City Guest House

UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
