Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

The apartment is a modern, spacious, and tidy, ideal for families. It offers a delightful experience. Located on the ground floor, it boasts a cozy terrace of 24 m2. This feature provides a shaded area during the hottest parts of the day, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors comfortably. If you're in the mood for a swim, the beach is a mere 100 meters away, stretching along a magnificent 2800-meter coastline. The sea is crystal clear and the surrounding nature offers picturesque setting.

You will love our place because of the location, ambiance, great sea view; neighborhood but most of all because it's only 30 m away from the beach, in the close area there are surf school and snack bar. Also town's centar, grocery stores, restaurants and dinings are close and places for family-friendly activities. You can come alone, with your family or friends - also furry ones (pets) we have place for everyone, and everyone is welcome.

Apartment on the sea - Santa Marina

Apartment first row to the sea, in a quiet and peaceful place - Santa Marina, with access to small beach, private parking place, garden and grill. One room with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Near, you can find a few restaurants, supermarket, bakery and bars. You want to enjoy watching sunrise? You can do it directly from your bed, later you can make few steps and you will be in the sea. Sounds great? And it is great! :)

Location is quiet but also in close proximity of restaurants, bars, and everything else that you would need to have a nice and relaxed vacation. The place is also on 1 MINUTE walking distance from beach and sea, literally. The apartment is comfortably furnished and we also provide our guests with free WiFi and parking spot. It is most suitable for a family.
