It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. The property enables its guests to enjoy watching stars in the evening, eating breakfast with a sea view in the morning, and/or buying fresh vegetables and herbs from our organic garden.

It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
