Living room and eat-in-kitchen are all the same area in the front. Entrance is private so is the apartment. We live upstairs to help you anytime you need. Very comfy apt.

It is a 7-10 minute walk from the house to the station. Guests are only three short stops to the World Trade Center in NYC.
