In the lounge, there is a fantastic window seat in the bay window where you can watch the whole of west bay harbour & sea. Outside the front door the beach is just 70 metres away with a green area outside the apartments and the harbour to the other side.

We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle.
