We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. In front of the house is a large pool (52 m²) with sun loungers and a sunbathing area, while the sauna and jacuzzi provide extra luxury. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

Charming 200 year-old Istrian house in the old town of Žminj. It has a little yard and table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The interior features many antique objects and furniture from when the house was last inhabited, 70+ years ago.
