Enjoy our newly renovated 200 year old cottage in the desirable village of IDE on the outskirts of Exeter with easy access to Exeter city and Quay . Dartmoor , Exmouth ,Shaldon within easy reach . Enjoy a taste of village life with a community shop and 3 pubs with in walking distance there is also a large Sainsbury’s nearby with EV charging. Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Riverside Retreat

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. There is a small paved area outside with a table which is perfect for a coffee or a glass of wine. Parking for one car is available and it's a 10 min walk to the centre of Topsham

Beautiful boutique guest suite in 200 year old Georgian home peacefully located on a private road. You will have your own self contained lower ground floor flat with its own entrance, kitchen, shower room, lounge and king size bedroom. Perfect location and only a short drive to town and the M5. My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

Enjoy staying at this centrally-located, yet peaceful, annexe in Lympstone, a 3 minute walk from the estuary, cycle path, train station and local pubs. It is an ideal bolthole for exploring this beautiful part of Devon. The annexe has been designed as a unique, calm space with characterful charm and features throughout including exposed wooden beams and woodwork and thoughtfully sourced furnishings, paintings and interiors.

A stay in the country

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.
