Large, sun-filled loft in the heart of industrial Gowanus. The sleeping/living area is spacious and sleeps up to four people, with one queen bed, one futon that pulls out to a double bed, tall ceilings, desk, reading lamps, kitchen table, ample counter space for cooking, and laundry. I also have one double air mattress - available upon request. Quiet hours: 11pm-8am. This space is compliant with all local regulations. This modern stylish large apartment is available as a perfect getaway which feels like home. Owners live onsite. Guest will love all the comfort and the size of the space. The apartment provides a picture-perfect space. There are LED lights all over and recessed lighting to make it feel like day in the night if that's what you desire. If you want more intimate lighting there are remotes to change the lighting colors. There is a fully functional eat in kitchen with all appliances needed.

Beautiful Artist loft

Note: This is shared space (unit 3F) and I will be in residence during your stay. We are steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, and are are conveniently close to the F, A, 2/3 trains and NYC Ferry. Fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops abound. The loft is spacious and airy, clean and full of art and good vibes. You will feel at home here as you enjoy location, location, location.
