The townhouse is located in Central Brooklyn, convenient to JFK, and a 5-minute walk from the A/C subway train at Utica Ave, which will take you to lower Manhattan within 25 minutes. The neighborhood is walkable, with parks and athletic fields, mom-and-pop shops, bars and restaurants, and shopping plazas.
