House Ursa with heated pool, 700m from beach

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Kamena Villa Katarina udaljena je samo 50m od mora te 80m od centra mjesta Klimno. Iz ville se pruža pogled na more, zelenilo i dvorište. Plaže u okolici su šljunčanog i betonskog tipa. Ova villa sa dvije spavaće sobe idealna je za 4-6 osoba. U prizemlju se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe i kupaonica, a na prvom katu dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom. Villa Miryam s unutarnjim bazenom i saunom

Ovaj jedinstveni novoizgrađeni smještaj nalazi se u selu Vrh na otoku Krku, 5 km od starog grada te svih potrebnih sadržaja. Nudi savršenu oazu za odmor i relaksaciju u prostranoj vili opremljenoj svim sadržajima potrebnim za nezaboravan odmor. Vila ima 6 moderno uređenih soba i prima 12 osoba. This house is animal friendly and they are allowed with extra fee. Enjoy private atmosphere few stairs from sea and short drive from city noise.

Senarica

"Senarica" is an old stone country house. It is located only 4 km from well known turistic city Crikvenica. The country is surrounded with the ruins of the historicaly city and castels of Frankopan dinasty. Here you can find planty of interesting coutent based on your references; swimming in the clear sea, enjoying on numerous beaches in Crikvenica, riding a bike through forests or experience paragliding by jumping from tip of the nerest hill.

House of Cizici

Our homestay offers a unique retreat. As your host, I stay on-site in a separate space in the basement ( with own kitchen and bathroom) and outside the main house, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to enhance your stay. Our guests can indulge in healing mud baths nearby and savor homemade meals, at the restaurant along the sea. Additionally and complimentary, the guests can eat everything that is growing in the garden.
