Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Located on the outskirts of Chard, the property is ideally located to explore Somerset and surrounding areas. Newly furnished and decorated to a very high standard for you to enjoy, The Annex adjoins our home and has a private front door. There is a king sized bed and a double sofa bed suitable for 2 children (in the same room). There is a kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, tea/coffee and toast making equipment and a multi-function microwave. There is ample off-road parking.
