"Obala" Apartment with Sea View Terrace, Jadranovo

Our newly renovated apartment has top location in Jadranovo, just across the beach, next to the restaurant and a cafébar. A supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. Free parking is available. We offer 3 bedrooms (each has a queen-bed), a living room (with a couch), a kitchen (with a dish washer), a bathroom (with a washing machine) and a big terrace (with BBQ grill). There are seating and dining areas inside the apartment and on the terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful sea-view.

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner.
