House Lisinski Nr. I located on 700m2, close to the beach (3 min walking distance), sidewalks near the sea (jogging) . You’ll love our place because of the quiet neighborhood,the seaview,spaciousness, mediterranean vegetables, terraces. Our place offers pleasant vacation to couples and families. We offer: - separate entrance to the house - free WiFi + aircondition - free parking (up to 3 cars) - kitchens, bathroom fully equiped - playground We allow one smaller dog, which is charged 10€/night

Villa Aurum with sauna and gym

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Studio In a Stone House With Garden

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
