Beautifully renovated autochthonous stone house of 85 sqm with a yard of 94 sqm, in a small Istrian village, only 15 km from Pula and the first beaches. This idyllic house was built at the end of 19th century and was thoroughly renovated. Located only 10 km from the medieval town of Vodnjan full of shops, restaurants, ambulance.. Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

U svakoj kući su po dva apartmana s osiguranim jednim parkirnim mjestom po apartmanu. Apartman Maria je moderno ureden i opremljen svim potrebnim uredjaima i aparatima.

Bella Ciao apartman nalazi se u strogom centru grada, odmah pored kazališta. Studio apartman je u potkrovlju, prostran je, potpuno renoviran, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (Wi-fi, Max TV). U podnožju zgrade je više barova koji nude hranu i piće, a nekoliko metara dalje je živahna gradska tržnica. Korzo je udaljeno svega 200m. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
