Private pool and whole house! Built by an Italian architect, this Chalet could compare to a mini- villa with its original stone and wood features. Relax and unwind on this peaceful oasis set on 8.5 acres of fenced- in grounds. Open and airy A- frame loft with 2 cozy bedrooms, updated bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and living room on first floor. Spiral staircase leads to second floor loft with TV, and walkway to upper level terrace to enjoy view of the grounds and pond! No children under 5.

The Celebration Stay: Perfect for friends & family

This 1850s Greek Revival home offers modern amenities and tranquility with Southern Charm. With 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and spacious indoor/outdoor areas, it accommodates 8 adults. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the others have queen beds. This is our primary but we are not on property during stays. It is conveniently located 1/4 mile from Round Valley Reservoir and 45 miles from NYC, with easy access to I-78 and nearby train stations. Perfect for nature lovers and city dwellers.

The Roost, Strawbale Construction

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Our guest suite has its own entry, giving you easy and flexible check in. Just a quick walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking path along the Delaware River. Queen bed with organic cotton pillows. There is no kitchen, but feel free to bring your own cooler. Cooled by fans in the warmer months, a breezy spring/summer/fall Delaware River destination. Recently added baseboard heat for a cozy winter stay. Please note there is no kitchen or air conditioning
