Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

We offer a 2 Bedroom Detached Bungalow surrounded by beautiful gardens and a decking area with table & benches. We are located 20 minutes from Brighton by car. The Cliff Top Walks are a 10 minute walk away. They have beautiful views towards the Sea and Brighton. Buses 14, 14c run just across the street approx 20mins to Brighton Pier. 10 mins to Historic Rottingdean Village and 20mins by car to Brighton. When returning get off at Cavendish close.

Self contained small bungalow, short walk to beach

Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a conversion / re-build of Lockhurst Hatch Farm's original milking parlour. Newly completed in 2018, it's set just off the farm-yard and has a beautiful wooded aspect to the rear. Meticulous attention to detail to create a contemporary living space that still retains its rustic imprint. The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.
