In garden house you can relax in private IR sauna (max temperature 75°C), cook or grill your dinner in fully equipped kitchen located by the private 8 by 4 m big heated salt water pool. Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

The house has a spacious living room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Outside of the house there is a covered terrace and sun loungers.
