Holiday home Lavarino is located in a small village Loborika, 6km from Pula - the multitude of ancient Roman buildings. The house is an interesting architecture, surrounded by a beautiful relaxing garden where you can find a lot of fruit. If you are looking for a peaceful vacay in an eco-friendly house blended with nature you will not regret to make a reservation! Book this house, relax and listen to the evening bird song near the pool. The house is ECO DOMUS certificated by The Istrian Region!

The house contains 2 apartments, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking peace, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. It is not suitable for any kind of loud groups or parties. Quiet hours are respected, especially at night, as everyone in the house expects a peaceful environment. We allow max 1 children. I live on the property with my two small Maltese dogs. During your stay, I only use the yard for maintenance. I am always available if you need assistance, local recommendations, or advice.

Mirno naselje, u blizini park šume (trim staza, bicikla), blizina centra 3.5 km, besplatan parking ispred samog objekta, besplatno korištenje interneta...Kuca se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe ( bračni krevet) svaka sa svojim kupatilom, unutarnje i vanjske kuhinje, dnevnog boravka sa kaučem na razvlačenje (bračni krevet), velikom natkrivenom terasom, ostavom sa mašinom za pranje rublja, te mali wc.

Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Shop 200m, City mall 2.5km, beach 5km, centar of Pula 3km, airport 5km.

Villa Dunja smještena je na mirnoj lokaciji s privatnim bazenom u blizini Pule . Ovaj lijepi smještaj može primiti do 8 osoba i udaljen je 10km od mora. Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja. Do prošle sezone iznajmljivali smo jedan manji dio kuće ,dok je od ove sezone 2024. godine naš smještaj renoviran i proširen kako bi bio veći i komotniji. Besplatan WiFI
