The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. A brilliant 1 bed apartment for singles, couples or small families looking for somewhere to lay their weary heads after fun days and nights in London. The flat, in a quiet nook off Brixton Hill, has everything you need to chill and relax whist in striking distance to Brixton and all of central London. The amazing Brockwell Park is my garden and i'm spoiled for choice for restaurants and takeaways. There are a few amazing local pubs too if the bright city lights feel a little too dazzling!

It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.
